As co-captain of Team Drip-Clip-Rip, Trip has provided top-quality running instruction to our team.  An accomplished marathon racer, Trip continues to push us to acheive our maximum potential.
 
No slouch in the pool, Trip has been the in charge of our pool workouts and swimming curriculum/drills.
 
Trip resides in Charlottesville, and when he is not running TRX, a major corporate travel company, he is typically spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Co-captain Chris Winter has particiapted in sports and conditioning all of his life, "but never any sport that utilized a stopwatch" until recently.  Chris was an avid cyclist when he participated in his first triathlon with his wife.  He was hooked.
 
Chris maintains the website and covers most of the equipment and cycling issues that come up with the team.  Chris also follows team nutrition and strength conditioning.
 
Chris is a board-certified neurologist and sleep-medicine specialist in Charlottesville, VA.  He too is supported by his wife and 3 children.

Brian is a seasoned marathon runner who recently decided he needed to compete in a half-ironman event, so be bought his bike and started training.  We're glad he's joined Team DCR and training with us.
